At Junior’s Nutrition, we pride ourselves on delivering premium, clean-label products crafted with care. Your satisfaction matters to us, and we are committed to ensuring every order reaches you in perfect condition. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully, as it governs all purchases made with us.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Products are eligible for return within 48 hours from the date of delivery.

  • To qualify, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, with seals intact and proof of purchase (invoice/receipt) provided.

  • Due to the nature of perishable food products, items that have been opened, partially consumed, tampered with, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.

  • Products purchased during promotions, discounts, or clearance sales may be non-returnable unless found defective or damaged in transit.

2. Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping charges, COD fees, or handling charges are non-refundable. Only the product value will be refunded.

3. Replacements & Damaged Products

  • In the rare event you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the issue.

  • We will arrange for a free replacement or issue a full refund, depending on product availability.

4. Non-Refundable/Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or partially used products.

  • Products not stored as per instructions.

  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling.

  • Gift cards, vouchers, or promotional items.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled and will fall under the returns policy.

6. Liability Disclaimer

  • Junior’s Nutrition is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, strikes, or other events beyond our control.

  • We reserve the right to amend this policy at any time to ensure compliance with applicable laws.
